We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be in original packaging with tags

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Customized products

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers can return the product and place a new order.

Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
